FAQs

When can we come tour Haus 820?

By appointment only – please email us at inquiry@haus820.com to schedule a private tour!

Does Haus 820 allow us to bring in our own vendors?

Haus 820 is a non-exclusive venue which allows our clients to bring any licensed and insured vendor. We have a prep kitchen that is available for your caterer’s use during your rental term (see Our Space page).

Does Haus 820 have its own furniture and rentals?

We work with a variety of incredible rental companies located in the Greater Lakeland area. These contracts are separate to the venue rental agreements, but we can include furniture packages as an option to help simplify the rental services. The venue was designed to truly be a blank space and allow you full control over the design and atmosphere.

How do we reserve Haus 820 for our event?

In order to reserve a date, a reservation fee is due along with a signed contract via our Honeybook invoicing system.

May we bring in our own alcohol for our event?

Yes, you may. All alcohol must be surrendered to and served by a licensed and insured bartender. We have a few local suppliers (craft breweries and liquor stores) that we would love to recommend you to!

Where do our guests park?

We have a half-acre, gated grass lot on the southwest corner of the building. We have also been given use after 5pm of the Joe Tedder building next door. We highly recommend hiring a valet company, all of this parking is free to the public.
